Biography

I am working on probiotics (lactic acid bacteria, Yeast) beta-glucosidase gene expression and bioconversion of isoflavones aglycones in soybean and soybean fermented foods. Education: Ph. D. Applied Life Chemistry, Gyeongsang National University, South Korea. Thesis title: Cloning of cellulose microfibril swelling (cms) gene from Bacillus sp. AY8 to reduce the recalcitrance of cellulose.
