Dr. Vijay Subhash Yeul is a Senior Chemist at Chandrapur Super Thermal Power Station, Chandrapur (installed power generation capacity 3340MWe) owned by Government of Maharashtra State of India. He is also associated with CSIR-National Environmental Engineering Research Institute, Nagpur. This is an Apex Institute of Government of India for its Environmental and Engineering Research. Dr. Vijay Subhash Yeul is graduated from the Shri. Shivaji Arts, Commerce & Science College, Akot (Amravati University, Amravati) and obtained the MSc (Organic Chemistry) from Government Vidarbha Institute of Science & Humanities, Amravati (Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati). He has obtained MTech (Chemical Engineering) from Karnataka State Open University. He has completed his PhD (Chemistry) at the CSIR-National Environmental Engineering Research Institute, Nagpur (RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur). He has a vast experience in Research and Development regarding Chemistry & Sustainable Environment related to Pulp & Paper Industries, Distilleries and Thermal Power Generation. He is a Power User of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) module of SAP-ERP and very much aware in concern with control of pollution & protection of environment which includes, Stack monitoring, Ambient Air Quality Monitoring, Noise Level Measurement, Effluent Water Sampling & Testing, Soil Sampling & Testing, Ground Water sampling & testing and Used Oil Sampling & Testing. Also, he is well acquainted in compliances to the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB), Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), Ministry of Environment & Forest (MoEF), Central Electricity Authority (CEA) etc. He is a regular faculty of Power Plant Chemistry & Pollution Control area at his TPS training center (for Science & Engineering Students, Newly recruited & refresher Chemist/Engineers/Technicians).He is a member of numerous national and international professional societies.
