Abstract

Mesh fixation at the TAPP laparoscopic inguinal repair is essential to produce good result, but trumatic techniques may associated by many complication and also complete tension free repair carry disadvantage. here in this study the central of mesh only corresponding to hernia defect was fixed and leave the remaining mesh parts free. The technique was applied in group of patient at zagazig hospital , egypt the technique was discussed and the result was reported the follow up period.
