Abstract

Fruquintinib is a potent and highly selective oral small-molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeting vascular endothelial growth factor receptor and demonstrates promising activity against a broad spectrum of cancer types. The objective of the study was to investigate the tolerability and effect of high-fat food on the pharmacokinetic profile of a fruquintinib capsule in healthy Chinese subjects.
