Abstract
Objective
To investigate the correlation between the expression of Oct4 and RhoA in gastric cancer and its clinical value.
MethodsThe expression of Oct4 and RhoA in 30 gastric cancer specimens and normal gastric mucosa was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the correlation between them and clinicopathological features was analyzed.
ResultsThe immunohistochemical results showed that the expression of Oct4 and RhoA was related to tumor grade, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Oct4 was positively correlated with RhoA.
ConclusionOct4 and RhoA are correlated in gastric cancer, and Oct4 and RhoA play an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
